Row Limit

Set a row limit for the current query. This setting limits the number of rows that can be returned by the query.

Specify the row limit

In Discover Pro:

  1. From the Query ribbon, click Query Settings > Row Limit.
  2. In the Row Limit dialog, either:
    • Select System Default to set the row limit to the default set in the Admin console.
    • Use the Amount of Shown Rows field to enter your required row limit.
  3. Note: You can click Reset alongside the number of rows to revert back to the default row limit.

  4. Click Apply to save your changes.

The number of rows that can be returned by the query is set to the Row Limit as configured.

Note: There may also be a MASTER query limit set by the administrator in the Admin Console. Where this is the case, Pyramid uses the lower of the two limits. For more information, see Query limits.
